Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays orders can experience delays to be processed. If invalid information is provided we will be unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information.
We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and USA holidays. VIVALIS is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS Guarantees.
Refused, Lost, Stolen or Delay in packages
United Parcel Service (UPS) and USPS are the primary delivery services used. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages. In case of delays or any situation with your delivery please contact support. VIVALIS is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages.
***(Note: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. In severe cases 8-12 weeks. VIVALIS is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.)***
Cancel Order & Wrong Address Disclaimer
Due to high order volume, a customer’s order goes directly into our fulfillment center to be processed. If the customer contacts within 24 hours after they purchased, they can cancel their order. If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the address correctly. We will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
